The laugh-out-loud love story of the year!
If you love Lindsey Kelk and Mhairi McFarlane's YOU HAD ME AT HELLO, you'll love this book...
What if you found The One, then lost him again?
Or not so much lost him as became the neurotic, needy girlfriend from hell. The girl who tried to make him choose between her and his job, and got seriously paranoid about his relationship with his female best friend...
Zo Kennedy knows she doesn't deserve another chance with David Fitzgerald. But if there's the tiniest possibility of making things right, she'll snatch it. Even if it means breaking the laws of physics to do so...

The prologue of If I Could Turn Back Time begins with Zoe waking up in her boyfriend’s bedroom in summer… but wait it’s mid-December and Zoe and her boyfriend are no longer together.

We see Zoe’s confusion over how she has managed to travel back in time, which means that there are occasions where she comes across as a crazy person, especially when she reveals more about the future than she probably should. However, as soon as Zoe realises what has happened she uses her knowledge of the future to her advantage. Including, not only keeping her boyfriend but getting her dream job at work.

Yet, by changing certain events, Zoe creates new situations with interesting results…

Zoe is someone who I could easily relate to, as sitting in watching gossip girl does sound like a good plan. Also everyone has that someone who they think was the one that they are no longer with, although perhaps time-travelling is an extreme way of getting back together. The secondary characters are also brilliant, there is lovable Max – who the reader knows is perfect for Zoe, but will she see it before it is too late? Then there is David – the perfect boyfriend, but he always hangs out with Jenny, who is someone who is very easy dislike.

Zoe has received a chance to do everything for a second time. Will she make the most of it? And will this second chance work as well as she hopes? ReadIf I Could Turn Back Time by Nicola Doherty to find out.
