Love, friendship and some delightful surprises will keep you turning the pages of this new romance from Jill Mansell, the bestselling author of MEET ME AT BEACHCOMBER BAY and YOU AND ME, ALWAYS. Not to be missed by fans of Katie Fforde, Lucy Diamond and Sophie Kinsella. Fall in love with Jill's books: 'A glorious, heartwarming, romantic read' Woman & Home
Essie has all she ever wanted - a perfect boyfriend, a beautiful cottage outside Bath, a great job and the kind of good, close friends all of us should have. Then Lucas Brook walks into her life and overnight everything changes for the very-much-worse. What Lucas does is unforgivable, and Essie definitely has no plans to see him again. But when their paths cross once more, she can't help noticing how very attractive he is. What a shame he's such a troublemaker.
Sometimes things aren't quite what they seem, as Essie will soon find out...
'Reading Jill is always such a joy!' Veronica Henry
Having This Could Change Everything meant that I could curl up with my favourite author. I adored this book and passed it to my mum to read. My mum loves it too much to give back to me… So at least my first and only read was fantastic.
This is a story that is packed with lovable characters that just old a special place in your heart. I loved Essie, she appears strong but she is vulnerable, but she is funny kind and a great friend. I adored Zillah, she sounds like she is a hard nut but she has a heart of gold. She has a secret, a huge regret that spurs her on to do wonderful things for those in need. Then there is also Conner and Lucas to consider.
There is a lot of romance and fun-filled moments that will lift you up and put a smile on your face. There are lots of twists and turns and unexpected moments. Like you can see that Essie and Lucas are perfect for each other, however he is in a relationship with Giselle. And he has a little something to do with that round robin….
This Could Change Everything was a gorgeous, funny, adorable and life-affirming story that shows that no matter what life throws at you something positive will come out of it.
