‘Is there really such a thing as a perfect proposal?
Over the next hundred days I intend to find out. I will find one hundred ways to propose to our Chief Proposer Suzie McKenzie and post the results here for your enjoyment. One thing’s for sure, not one of my proposals will be on top of the Eiffel Tower with a dozen red roses.’
Best friends Suzie and Harry are partners in romance. That is, they run the.PerfectProposal.com, coming to the aid of would-be grooms to create the ultimate marriage proposal.
But when Harry decides to catapult the business into the big leagues with a PR stunt all Suzie can see is a hundred days of heartbreak stretching ahead of her. But however exotic the location, or breath-takingly romantic the setting, Suzie has to keep remembering that ‘Marry Me?’ is the one question she can’t say yes to.
This business proposal should come with one hundred broken heart warnings…
One hundred proposals, one hundred chances to say yes.

'This was honestly, 100% one of the most enjoyable books I have ever read – I devoured it in 2 sittings! Holly’s writing style is so easy and fluent it gets hard to stop, and before you know it you’ve read 200 pages and completely forgot about dinner.' - Jenny In Neverland
I absolutely adored One Hundred Proposals, so much so that it’s a struggle to think of how to appropriately review besides saying that it was bloody brilliant and leaving it at that! But I will try my best.
I loved Suzie and Harry, I loved the fact that their relationship was pretty much already established and that they were so comfortable with one another even if at times it became clear that they didn’t always fully understand one another.
As the reader, you know where the story is going and what the ending will be. But that doesn’t matter it is the journey, the getting there. And the journey is pretty glorious, Suzie and Harry go to some fantastic places and made it very difficult not to grab my backpack and join them…
Despite completely loving this book, there were a few bits and bobs that irked me a bit, not enough to reduce my love for the book but more a bookworm wish to know more – the main thing being despite names One Hundred Proposals we don’t get to read about all the proposals. Also there is a big gap in narrative (that is not proposalified) so we miss out a lot of travelling about the world. See just minor things that I really wanted to know!
One Hundred Proposals was a fun charming read that was easy to get lost in. It was almost a shock when I realised it came to an end, as I wanted it to never end! Overall this was a fabulous read and one that I won’t be able to recommend enough!
