Monthly Round-Up! September 2020

Monthly Round-up, linking everything that has happened in the last month, posted on the last day of said month. This Round-up September 2020. This is the second month that I have been back at work and I have forgotten how long my drive is. I have forgotten how tiring driving is, you know? Which is why I haven’t really been posting that much and why there hasn’t been that many posts on the blog. I am so tired and my priority has been to sleep rather than write posts! I am off for a week mid October so I am hoping then to be a bit more organised and have my posting schedule back to normal. Or at least have some more posts up. I have read so many good books recently and I am super excited to share my thoughts on them with you all! Currently reading:   Reviews:   Blog Tours:   Challenges: As per usual I’m participating in the Goodreads Challenge.   So what do you think of my round-up September 2020? What have you read this […]

Blog Tour / Review: Autumn Skies over Ruby Falls by Holly Martin

I received this book for free from Publisher in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.Autumn Skies Over Ruby Falls by Holly Martin Series: Jewel Island #2 Published by Seaside & Sparkles on 10 September 2020 Genres: Chick-lit, Fiction, Romance Format: E-Arc Source: Publisher Buy on Amazon Goodreads Yes! It is amazing to be back on Jewel Island in Autumn Skies over Ruby Falls. I had fallen in love with the island in Sunrise over Sapphire Bay with Aria and Noah. I was excited to see how their relationship had progressed and also get to know Clover and Angel better. From the last book it was pretty obvious that something had happened to Clover in her last relationship. And it was something that stopped her pursuing anything with Angel. Even if it was obvious that she wanted too. Add to that the fact that Angel had never really been in a serious relationship and you could see why they needed to time to tell one another their feelings. […]

Monthly Round-Up! August 2020

Monthly Round-up, linking everything that has happened in the last month, posted on the last day of said month. This Round-up August 2020. A couple of days late because I had a blog tour on the 31st August. And that obviously has to take priority on the blog!! This month has felt like a strange one, as I am finally getting back to normal. Or the new normal. After four months of being furloughed I have gone back to work full time. And let me tell you it is strange to be back in the office. But this has meant that my blog has suffered a bit. You may have noticed that for the first three weeks I did not post a single post. I just didn’t have any motivation to write. However I have spent the bank holiday weekend tackling some of my reviews so here is hoping that September will be a better month! Currently reading: Reviews:   Blog Tours:   Challenges: As per usual I’m participating in the Goodreads Challenge.   So what do you think of […]
